Our Goal

At Sinks Online, we try to offer a wide variety of products at a reasonable price and on an easy to use web site. We strive to provide top of the industry customer service by sending immediate e-mails after every order to insure that you get the right product. Ordering online is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. All information entered on our fully secure server is encrypted to help ensure the safety of personal information. We pack our goods well to help prevent damage. We also have qualified and professional personnel available to answer your questions. Thank you for visiting our site!

Availability

We try to have all of our products in stock for our customers, but due to high demand and the largest selection of copper, stone and glass sinks in the industry, occasionally something will not be in stock. We recommend that if time is an issue to call or fill out the online Contact Us form to check availability. We have the largest network of sink artisans and vendors available and will do our best to get you your item(s) as fast as possible.

Placing an Order

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or if you prefer, a personal check. If you choose to pay with a personal check, please make it payable to Sinks Online and mail to: PO Box 1030 Langley, WA 98260. We will process the order once the check is received. When an order is placed using a credit card your card will be charged immediately. If you have questions on this policy please call us at 877.340.0800. Also when placing an order please be sure of what you are ordering. If you are not certain, please call us as we cannot pay for errors made by customers. Once the product is shipped it is out of our hands and all shipping and restock charges will apply.

Shipping Policies

Sinks Online offers free shipping on any sinks that can be shipped via standard ground or air shipping on UPS to the lower 48 United States on orders exceeding $100. Many larger items such as kitchen sinks and some vanity sinks need to be shipped via common courier due to their weight and size. Please call for a shipping quote on these items. For items qualifying for free shipping, this is for regular ground shipment via UPS or other common carrier. For shipments that are outside the free shipping area or do not meet the $100 minimum, shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item where they apply. Any expedited shipping will require additional charges. Please call us for details. Most material ships out via FedEx or DHL. Our sales staff reserves the right to add additional charges for areas where the shipping company adds additional charges, you will be notified before your order is processed to accept or deny charges.


Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your item(s) arrive, you have 3 days to report any damage. All defective or damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Anytime after that we will not be able to process damage claims with the shipper and we cannot be responsible for charges due to claims. If product arrives damaged, the customer must give Sinks Online 1 week to rectify the matter. Sinks Online will not cover labor charges for products that arrive damaged. We are obligated to ship our customers new product and not obliged to pay labor costs for installation or un installation of product.

Return Policy

At Sinks Online, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We understand that sometimes things do not fit like you had intended or that it may not look exactly like what you were envisioning. Our return policy is very straightforward. If the item you purchased is from our stock and returned in its new, original condition within 90 days from the date of purchase and in the original packaging, you will only pay a 15% restock fee plus the cost of shipping your item back to us. Bath Furniture and Tubs have a 20% restock fee plus the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept any returns after 90 days from the date of purchase. The restocking fee covers the cost to ship the original product to you plus administrative costs. If your return is an exchange for another product, you might not be subject to the restock fee. If an item is returned for exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item plus the cost of shipping the original item back to us. If it is a special order we must comply with the manufacturer’s terms, which for the most part is 25% to 35% restocking charges plus the cost of freight back. You may cancel any time before the order has shipped and you will not be charged a restock fee. Once the item has been shipped, all fees will apply on returns. Finally if your product is a custom item, it’s probable that it cannot be returned. You have 1 week to report any shortages to your order and 3 days to report damages. If these terms are not met, a return may be denied. Please give us a call if you are not clear on these policies.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number or RGA Number associated with them. If you do not receive an RGA before returning the product and it cannot be located, we are not liable for the credit. If the wrong product is shipped, Sinks Online will ship you the correct product as soon as possible. You must allow us at least 1 week to for Sinks Online to rectify the situation. If you cancel your order before that time, shipping charges and possible restock charges will apply. Once credit has been issued it may take up to 10 days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel an order. It must be cancelled in writing by filling out the online Contact Us form. If your order has already been processed, which can sometimes happen immediately after you place your order, you will be charged a 4% credit card transaction fee. This fee can often be applied to a future order depending on the circumstances. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the terms outlined in our return policy.

LIMITED SINK WARRANTY

Sinks Online will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any glass sink supplied by Sinks Online that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the Sinks Online installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Please be aware that all handmade sinks have a finish that is by nature uneven and variable in color and pattern. In addition, the dimensions and consistency of shape can vary considerably. We offer these sinks with the view that these variations are part of the character and charm, and do not constitute defects.

This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you.) Sinks Online reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation. Sinks Online shall not be liable in case of:

-Improper installation/modification
-Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
-Improper care or maintenance
-Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
-Any modifications made to the product after it left Sinks Online premises
-Commercial application

This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the buyer. NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PERIOD GREATER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD CONTAINED IN Glass Sinks Online LIMITED WARRANTY ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. Sinks Online SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Sinks Online. in addition to or different from the herein given to assume for Sinks Online. Any other liability in connection with any of its products except if in writing which is signed by an officer of Sinks Online and expressly and intentionally gives such warranties or assumes such liability.

Disclaimer

Our webmasters are hard at work to make sure all prices and products have as accurate information as possible. Once in awhile a price change will happen and our webmaster may not have updated our site. If this has happened with a product you purchased, you will be notified of the change in price before the order proceeds. Any product with wrong information on the site leading to a wrong order will be refunded to the buyer after product is returned.
